Insurance is to guarantee your right. There is an Insurance contract between our Establishment and the Islamic Insurance Co. to protect your right. As a term of contract, the hereunder provisions must be respected:

Perfect packaging may cost you some Riyals but it guarantees receiving your shipments intact and in good condition without damage or loss. It should be noted that packaging is customer responsibility not the transporting company.

Whenever receiving your shipment, please check carefully, so your signature is considered as a binding documented proof of inspection.

Whenever filling the WHB by you clerk, the information on the reverse side of our WHB should be carefully checked, especially number of shipped items and their Corresponding values should clearly be written. Otherwise you have to accept whatever evaluation we make.

 
4 Any damage or loss of your shipment requires the following procedures

a. A claim should be filed in less than 24 hours.

b. The damaged shipment should be kept as is until inspected by our company and the Islamic Insurance Co. representative(s).
c. The claim should be enclosed with a copy of original purchasing invoice from country of origin not the selling price invoice. That is in case of paying 50% of the value according to reimbursement provisions.
d. Our Establishment pays insurance premiums and never pays in duplicate. Our Establishment is desirous to attain your right from the insurance company. Therefore, your cooperation is highly needed when we request you to present the required documents for reimbursement purposes.
e. Reimbursement is conditioned by your non insurance with     another insurance company to avoid duplicate payments.
